Most people consider themselves ethical. Then how is it that we so often see ethical lapses reported in the news? Why is it that we make such poor decisions? The reality is that most of us are not equipped with good ethical decision-making skills. Often when we reach those critical junctures in life we find ourselves confused and immersed in compromise. Is there a better way? In this workshop, we will discuss the basics of clear ethical thinking and determine for ourselves how to approach and process through an ethical dilemma.
